It is a holistic practice that is based on eight limbs: ethical principles, physical poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, concentration, meditation, mantra chanting, and contemplation. Through these practices, we can develop our physical health, mental clarity, and emotional wellbeing while deepening our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. With a consistent yoga practice, we can develop a positive mindset, learn to live with intention, and create a sense of balance and harmony in our lives.
